about filmNDtv

filmNDtv is a community and support network for neurodivergent professionals in the UK film and TV industry.

filmNDtv is a platform celebrating neurodiversity across film and television. Founded by industry ND professionals, we’re creating a safe and confidential space where everyone can exist as themselves, without mask or filter.

Our mission is to build a supportive hub where neurodivergent creators, crew, and producers can connect, collaborate, and thrive. We believe that difference drives innovation, and that authentic inclusion starts with trust and understanding.

filmNDtv stands for a new kind of industry culture, one where creativity is fuelled by individuality, and where every mind, every story, and every voice belongs.

Profile picture of Inka Ritola

Inka Ritola is a post-production professional with over a decade of experience across unscripted television and high-end productions in the UK and internationally.

Inka founded filmNDtv through her lived experience as a late-diagnosed (35) ADHD professional. Throughout her career, she has seen how traditional production structures can unintentionally exclude or disadvantage neurodivergent people, particularly within freelance environments. These experiences have shaped her commitment to improving awareness, encouraging reasonable adjustments on individual level, and supporting clearer, more consistent working practices across the industry.

Alongside her professional work, Inka is a equality and diversity representative for BECTU, The Rough Assembly and the founding member of filmNDtv. She believes that inclusive and supportive working environments don’t just benefit individuals but they strengthen teams, improve retention, and lead to better creative outcomes overall.

Profile picture of Shermane Henlon

Shermane Henlon is an ADHD Executive Coach with a background in TV production, and a co-founder of filmNDtv.

She combines her lived experience with industry insight to support neurodiverse professionals and the teams around them. Having worked in fast-paced, high-pressure environments herself, she understands the unique challenges and strengths neurodiverse individuals bring to creative industries, especially in freelance and production settings.

Shermane specialises in helping people work with their brains, not against them! Her coaching is designed to create sustainable, empowering strategies that support performance, wellbeing, and authenticity. She also works collaboratively with companies to build inclusive environments where neurodiverse staff and talent can thrive, not just survive. Shermane is truly passionate about positioning TV and film as leaders in neurodiversity inclusion across the creative sector.

Chloe Dean is a post-production leader, consultant, and co-founder of filmNDtv, with over 20 years’ experience working across high-end television.

She is also the founder of Click Post Production, the UK’s first all-female post-production company, and the voice behind the industry blog Behind the Edit.

Autistic and neurodivergent herself, Chloe helped to create filmNDtv to support more honest, practical conversations about working in television when your brain works differently. Her focus is on better systems, clearer communication, and ways of working that protect people’s energy in high-pressure environments.

Chloe’s approach is calm, direct, and grounded in real-world experience, helping individuals and teams feel clearer, steadier, and more supported at work.
